Ice storm
Well it has been some crazy weather here. This is all new to me, I have never seen so much stuff covered in ice! Its kind of pretty. Everything is glistening. I took some pictures for all of you not living in the south.
Here is the grass in our back yard. Every blade of grass is stiff with ice. It would barely move when I pushed on it.

Every thing is so slick. I fell right on the ground about 1 seconds after taking this pic of the mail box.--I don't think anybody saw!
I sure hope we don't need to go anywhere anytime soon. I don't think we could get into our cars, they're sealed shut. Also, I bet the roads are complete ice. I am surprised we still have power.

6 months old!!
Gracin turned 6 months over the weekend. For the occasion I had his pictures taken at JC Penny. I love their $8.99 coupon. These were his first "professional" pics. I find it funny that you bring in a coupon for 8 bucks, and they try and bump you up to the $250 package...? Why would I pay that much here? Anyways they never get me to buy more:)Oh I almost forgot. While I was there they had me sign a paper allowing them to use one of his photos in there photo book. I thought it was pretty neat that they thought my little guy was so cute they had to have one to show off! I of course didn't mind. I got a $4 off coupon for it I guess that's something. His appointment isn't until next week so I will have his stats then. But for right now he can:
*roll over and back, all directions*sit up all by himself
*put himself to sleep
*sleep 11-12 hours at night
*put in his own binkie
*hold his own bottle for a little bit
*two teeth
*eats all veggies and oatmeal
*loves to drink a bottle all day!
*spin around to get a toy or cat or Rhylan
*can grab small objects with his fingers
*laughs at almost anything
*can splash in the tub
*Says mama...j/k

Williamson bath times
These two kids love bath time (what kid doesn't?) Gracin has recently discovered splashing but has not mastered it yet. He loves it when Rhylan shows him the ropes;) Rhylan will even spit water on his tummy to help him get rid of all the bubbles. What a little helper. He likes to suck on the wash rag and drink the water--note to self, clean tub again! In this last pic Rhylan and I both laughed when he gave himself a bubble beard.

Look What I Just Made!!!
from scratch-
I have NEVER made bread before. Well, I have a bread machine that I can use, but never all by my self. I have tried rolls, and pizza dough... all failures. But the other day I found this recipe for French Loaves in my Taste of Home mag. I decided to try it. Um.... it turned out PERFECT. I'm serious. Rhylan and I have eaten almost half a loaf already. It was so easy, especially for a beginner. ( I used bread flour like it suggested) The recipe comes from a lade who owns a bakery and sells this there! If you want to succeed in making a yummy bread try it!! the only thing Ididn't get in the scan was 2 tbsp active dry yeast!!

help me!
I hear from the living room "¡Ayúdeme!"
I start laughing and quickly help Rhylan turn her pants around. She had put them on back wards and was in distress! I have never heard her say that before. She watches Dora and I guess she picked it up. Just a couple more hours watching Dora, and she can talk to Uncle Ricio!!
(Mauricio speaks English extremely well but, it would be more fun in Spanish)
