New clothes

While we waited a month and a half for our truck, Hazel grew out of her clothes I brought her.  I was happy to see that box labeled "baby girl clothes."  I love when they have something on the bum!

First of all I know the noise I am making is annoying and silly, but hey that is why she is laughing.

Finally

After 41 days we finally got our stuff.  They had to subcontract (again) to another mover who actually had a driver willing to drive to Oregon!  Ridiculous, isn't that the job you sign up for when you apply for a moving truck driver???!!! Also our moving company was suspended the day after they loaded up our "goods" -great timing.  DOT informed me of that little jewel when I called to get help.

Anyways you can see the condition our stuff arrived, less than perfect.  Most of the boxes are like this.  Unbelievable, take it from us, never hire movers, just say'n.  Oh and no discount yet (maybe $200 coming) We are just happy it wasn't held hostage and we actually have it now.

Birds of a feather

These two were playing birds.  Gracin is a blue Macaw and Rhylan is a Cockatoo.  She said cockatoo's have feathers that stick up on their heads.  As you can see so does she:)

Gracin and water table reunite

 It was a great reunion between Gracin and his water table.  I didn't see much of him that day:)

One fabulous thing about overcast weather, it gives me pretty good light when I take pictures during the day, outside.  Especially since I am way to busy to edit.  I would rather do my best to take a good shot in the first place then edit forever.  Thank you clouds!

First time playing with toys

Well Hazel's toys have always been packed up.  When we moved she was too young to really play with toys.  And then they were "being delivered" or you know not being delivered for the last 1.5 months.  So when our truck finally got here and I finally found this box, she got to play with toys for the first time.  We have a toy bar that dangles toys within her reach.  She laid there and played for 30 min.

Hazel loves that other little baby in the mirror, she is so funny.  Seriously today she laughed at what that other little baby was saying!  It was SO DARN CUTE.

4th of July

First we went to a small town parade with our neighbors.  The kids got more candy than on Halloween.  There weren't many floats but what they lacked in style they gave back in candy!

The dads kept telling Rhylan, Gracin, and Ethan, the more they waved the more candy they would throw.  Rhylan waved practically the entire time!

Someone was "shooting" a rifle.

We found this lot overlooking the harbor where the fire works were going to be.  Rhylan pretty much was being silly for me while we waited... and waited.

We never actually saw the official show, it got too cold and late.  But there were other people near by setting off their own.  They kids didn't know the difference.  Gracin loved it, he has been asking for "fireworks, boom boom boom" for his birthday ever since!
