We spend most of the day at the zoo, my sister and her "friend" came along with us too. I scored 6 free passes!! I can't believe the zoo is $18 per person, rip off. So we only had to pay for Rhylan's ticket, which was $9, pretty good.
This baby orangutang was so funny. He came right up to the glass and played peek-a-boo with Rhylan.
Both the kids had fun in the petting zoo, it hasn't changed much since I was little! Gracin had to make sure he touched every one of those goats. He would run from goat to goat giving each one a little pat/pet. Then he made his rounds again hugging each one. Then for his third run, he chased them!!
Rhylan took her time and brushed the "nice ones." She always saves her attention for girl animals. She usually picks a color and all the goats that color are girls and the rest are boys. Rhylan probably loves the birds most of all. She specially requested to see a pony, we made sure we got that in too.

Oh the zoo, what fun! How did you get so many free tickets? That's awesome. I love the pics. Rhylan is a smart girl, the girl animals need more attention than stinky boys.
