Rhylan and I were doing some measuring and baking one morning. I tried to have Gracin help us but he was too impatient to wait for his turn each time so.... I got him a table spoon, two bowls, fill one bowl with water and ta-da! He figured it out all by himself and he thought he was really making something. He also got some great fine motor practice. He transferred the water to the other bowl one tablespoon at a time.

well Gracin and Zak are on the same level...I'm working on helping Zak learn some basic motor skills in the kitchen...my stove now is a mess..but he's trying. He made fried potatoes tonight, and brownies last Wednesday..hoping to have skills so he wont starve on mission.

Jefferson still loves to do that. What a good idea!
We did this the other day and Hudson loved it! He got really messy cause we started with Flour and then switched to water. It was a lot of fun and entertained him while I baked!
