I just read a story online about a woman who was mauled by a black bear right by my parents house, about 4 miles away actually!!! It happened earlier this week. If you don't know, they live in Arizona and you have probably heard they have had a particularly dry year... total rain fall this year is less than 1/2 inches!!! Causing the dangerous wildfires that I have lost count of more that 7. It also causes the wild life to move closer to people searching for food.

Gives me some nasty chills! Tio Bob even saw a bear in his backyard the other day! So scary. Be careful when you are home. No walking to Nana's house!
Yikes! Sounds like your fear of bears when you were younger is totally justified now!! Stay safe and keep those kiddos safe too! Scary!!!!!!!
Hey thats a pretty good picture..We are all cautious and alert.. They think they may have killed the Bear who attacked the lady. Good new is that it doesn't happen a lot...only 7 bear attacks in 20 years..
ill kill it with my bear hands... get it? ha..
