We went to this really fun place while in Texas. We all piled in the back of Papa's truck and drove on a safari/tour for a few hours. We got to feed so many different animals I lost track. All of us liked to feed the animals but of course, Jack and Rhylan especially had a great time. This was the one time I wish I had my other lens on my camera. I couldn't really get any pics of the animals and the kids at the same time. I was too close to them. But I think these pics do justice to the fun time and neat animals we saw.
Jack and Rhylan checking out the Rhino. They had 4-5 of these guys!!

Rhylan saw this one and said "Hey look there's Elliot!" (You know from the movie Open Season?)

"half doe have buck, I'M A DUCK!" ~ Elliot LOl that if my favorite line from that movie :D
Just thinking about what you said about your lens and how you couldn't get all the shots you wanted. I know that feeling. I'm trying to decide what to save my money for. I've been thinking that maybe I should save for the Tameron 28-75mm f/2.8, because it'd be great to have a good zoom for vacations and walking around. Then I think that maybe I should just stick with primes and get the Canon 35mm f/2.0. Then I think I should just stop thinking about lenses and just save for a new camera (mine is over 2 1/2 years old now.). What do you think?
